Mother and son

In this poem the mother is saying how hard her life was and how it wasnt perfect. The medaphors she use is perfect like it had tacks or splinters or torn up boards. The words she uses like i'se,goin,ain't it shows she is not very educated. I think the way she uses rough difficult things to represent her life is intresting. The mother in the poem is trying to say no matter how difficult things get dont give up and i think thats a very importante lesson for alot of people in this world and is very true to have will when things are going wrong always stay strong.
